| Mix
the primer and its firming agent according to proportion then completely and uniformly
stir them。Lay for maturation for 5～10 minutes。Then paint the base level surface
with the mixed primer using proper instrument。 Make sure the mixed primer is dye
before painting （the water capacity should be lower than 6%） and the rubber is
clean。The proper temperature range for using the primer is -5℃～40℃。If the temperature
during construction is relatively lower，a little bit more firming agent can be
added within the proportion。The amount of primer varies according to the unconsolidated
levels of concrete structure。The unconsolidated base level surface requires more
than twice painting sometimes before its closure。By contrary， the compact concrete
base level surface requires relatively fewer amount of primer。Further more，concrete
base level surface with high strength and density requires no primer at all。The
steel base level surface also requires no primer。Move into next process after
the primer hardens。 Choose the saturating resin according to the temperature of construction environment。Choose normal saturating resin when the temperature range is 5℃～40℃。Its portion has small difference during different temperature of construction environment。Choose winter saturating resin for special purpose when the temperature range is -5℃～5℃。When used， the two component should be mixed completely and uniformly。 Lay them for maturation for about 5 minutes。Arrange properly，timely to ensure the saturating resin's wetting quality。The construction instrument and method should make sure that the saturating resin can impregnate into carbon fiber reinforced polymer laminate。And the carbon fiber complex material of them should be even and non-bosomy。Check before the saturating resin is solidified and recover timely。 | ||
